چکیده

After the Second World War, the central government in the order of the United Nations Charter became a general principle in the space of law and international relations, but after the passage of two decades, the difficulties of absolute focus on the role of governments became more visible. For this reason, non-state actors gradually started to play a role in international relations alongside governments. Various areas such as business economy, environmental security, etc. became an important field for the activities of non-governmental actors. Among the non-governmental players, multinational companies have entered into international relations more than other players in recent years due to the existence of high financial turnover and the large profits they get in the mentioned space. This issue has created many challenges in the international law space; Because the norms governing their status do not have enough transparency. One of the special issues in this field is the challenge of supervision. The legal issues of the workforce in multinational companies can affect the economic growth of countries.The importance of dealing with the challenges and the legal examination of the workforce of multinational companies and its impact on the economy of countries from the perspective of the international economy, as well as social responsibility and the discussion of international investments and the framework of the legal rules surrounding it, is that this issue is from the perspective of international law. International becomes important, but basically because this issue is related to public order and the framework of international regulations, so it is necessary to be examined from the perspective of international law in the light of procedure and content. The main purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of legal challenges of the workforce in multinational companies on the economic growth of countries.
