چکیده
[۲] Background: Family health plays a fundamental role in various aspects of individuals' lives, including fertility decisions and the childbearing process. In this scoping review article, our objective is to provide a review of the impact of family health on fertility.[۳] Method: This scoping review involved computerized searches using keywords in databases such as Google Scholar, Web of Science, ProQuest, SID, PubMed, Cochrane Library, and Scopus from ۲۰۰۰ to ۲۰۲۳. Keywords such as "family health," "fertility intentions," "childbearing decisions," and "fertility behaviors" were employed to identify relevant articles. Ultimately, ۳۵ articles were selected and utilized based on predefined inclusion criteria.[۴] Results: It was observed that family health significantly influences fertility decisions. Healthier families, compared to less healthy ones, demonstrated a higher inclination toward fertility and tended to become parents at younger ages. Additionally, the presence of chronic illnesses or health issues within a family could serve as obstacles to fertility, leading to delays or reductions in fertilityکلیدواژه ها
