خلاصه مقاله:
Mold flow simulation helps designers to see how their designs will be resulted after injectionmolding process without needing to do the Injection Molding process. The use of simulationprograms saves time and reduces the costs of the Molding system design. Injection moldingdesign simulation holds an important role in analyzing the outcome of the design. In this paperan automobile part, specifically Brilliance h۳۳۰ headlighs front frame is analyzed and studiedin order to optimize the runner system of its injection mold. All the simulations were carriedout with Autodesk Moldflow Adviser. Autodesk Simulation Moldflow effectively eliminatesthe use of trial and error method by validating and optimizing the design of plastic beforeproduction. This not only improves the quality but also help us to guide about the selection ofmachines and the production planning
