Resolvers hold significant importance in a multitude of fields thanks to their distinct features and various benefits. The precise calibration of an axial flux resolver is crucial for guaranteeing its reliable functioning. This process aids in detecting any discrepancies in the readings and ensures that the equipment maintains accuracy over time, thus preventing costly errors and rework.[۱] There are several techniques for calibration, such as high-accuracy calibration, experimental measurement, Bayesian inference, finite element analysis, and performance analysis. Achieving high-precision calibration of resolver signals is essential for enhancing its overall performance. Among the different methods of calibration, one can utilize the resolver calibration zero position angle deviation value obtained by averaging multiple corresponding angular deviation values through arithmetic means.
