چکیده
This article delves into the nuances of Halal tourism, specifically emphasizing the development and application of KeyPerformance Indicators (KPIs) within Islamic hospitality. It integrates theoretical perspectives with empirical research tohighlight the significance of customizing KPIs for management practices that align with Halal principles, thereby enhancingcustomer satisfaction and operational efficiency in Islamic resorts. The study explores the intersection of Islamic values withspecialized KPI frameworks, evaluating how resort services are tailored to meet the expectations of Halal-focused guests.Employing a mixed-method approach, including the Delphi technique, academic analysis, and practical case studies, theresearch contributes to the evolving understanding of KPIs in Halal tourism. The findings offer practical insights based onreal-world implementations in resorts, providing a comprehensive analysis of how KPIs effectively measure and enhanceHalal-centric guest experiences.کلیدواژه ها
