چکیده

The current research was carried out with the aim of the effect of job-related structures on improving the productivity of generation Z human resources in the General Human Resources Department of Mashhad Municipality. This research is applied in terms of purpose, in terms of survey approach and exploratory studies.The statistical population of this research was a group of ۳۵ senior, middle and operational managers of the General Human Resources Department of Mashhad Municipality. Necessary analyzes were done through SPSS software. The results of the research showed that management structures have a significant effect on improving the productivity of generation Z human resources in the General Department of Human Resources of Mashhad Municipality. Based on the results of the research hypothesis, it issuggested that in the General Department of Human Resources of Mashhad Municipality, managers and supervisors pay special attention to the following: emotional and spiritual support of subordinates, playing the role of a coach, establishing fair dealing between subordinates, effective communication With help to solve work issues and problems, and careful monitoring in the first months of employment.
