چکیده

The article is devoted to the study of the issues of greening of urban construction and environmental standardization of housing facilities. Based on the comparative study of the development and application of foreign and Iranian environmental standards, the scale of distribution and regulation of ecological (green) constructions in Iran and abroad is determined. The shortcomings of the regulatory and legal foundations of urban ecological construction, the problems of the slow development of ecological construction in Iran have been outlined. As a result of the study, development factors were identified and ways to achieve the rapid increase in the volume of construction in Iran were suggested.
