چکیده
To investigate the microstructural and mechanical properties of Fe-۲۴Ni-۴Cr austeniticsteel after the application of the FSW process, a sample of this steel was subjected to thisprocess. In this project, a traverse speed of ۱۰۰ mm/min and a tool rotation speed of ۴۵۰rpm were considered. The examination of the microstructure of different regions usingElectron Backscatter Diffraction (EBSD) demonstrated that the grain boundaries in thestir zone have become finer due to continuous dynamic recrystallization. The analysis ofmechanical properties using tensile testing showed that the yield strength increased from۱۴۵ MPa to ۳۸۸ MPa, and the ultimate strength in the stir zone increased from ۳۵۰ MPato ۴۵۰ MPa. Furthermore, hardness examination using a Vickers hardness tester revealedan increase in hardness in the stir zone compared to the base metal.کلیدواژه ها
