Supply chain can be considered as a Decision Making unit, that first stage is called seller and second stage is called buyer. The efficiency evaluation of a supply chain is very important in its management. Data envelopment analysis (DEA) can be use as one of important tools for supply chain performance evaluation. In this paper, we investigate one of the most common supply chains and present method for performance evaluation and then calculate its efficiency score by a new method.
