چکیده مقاله:

Human resource is considered the most valuable and important factor of development in any country. The study in this field has shown that the countries with high gross national product typically have more educated and trained human resources (manpower). The first and most important component of development in each country is human. Human resource has a major contribution in economic, social, cultural, and etc. development. Human resources efficiency have considered as a maximum use of human resources in order to move toward goals with minimum time and minimum cost. Since productivity and efficiency is the essence of any organization that can ensure sustainability and survival of organizations and be a mechanism to gain competitive advantage; so the thing that can lead to labor productivity in the organization is that organizations’ employee in terms of character, interests and emotions become consistent with organizational activities and occupations. The proper use of manpower as the most valuable and greatest wealth of any society as an important issue has been at the center of attention of the governments.In this article we examine the importance of human resources as a strategic resource for organizations and the factors resulting in increase of human resources productivity (efficiency).
