In this study, we suggest a wearable-based solution for an accurate toothbrushing monitoringsystem regarding dental care. This system is unobtrusive to use and does not require anychange to toothbrushes. It achieves a highly accurate recognition accuracy by combining anumber of unique signal processing algorithms based on our approaches. Energy usage isbalanced using a productive strategy introduced in detail. This system also has the potentialto be employed in a variety of upcoming healthcare applications because it uses popular wristworndevices to achieve accurate and energy-efficient toothbrushing monitoring.
