Parallel to the use of digitization and information technology in the Chinese industry, the level of information transmission in highway engineering has been gradually improved. This article provides a comprehensive framework for evaluation and measurement based on the common project management platform. The quality and safety of the project is realized through the analysis of the data related to the operation, evaluation and real-time measurement of the progress of the project.
