Intrusive luxation often results in severe damage to the tooth, periodontium, and pulp tissue. Furthermore, treatment outcome is often unpredictable due to the presence of numerous injury-related variables affecting the treatment option and prognosis. The current report presents the case of a ۱۴-year-old boy with a ۹.۰ mm intruded permanent right maxillary central incisor with a closed apex which was treated by orthodontic repositioning and root canal treatment with a favorable prognosis. At the last follow-up visit (۳۰ months after the first treatment session), the tooth was asymptomatic, and radiographic examination showed normal periapical and periodontal appearance.
