Preparation and Application of New Demulsifier for Dirty Oil Sludge

چکیده

In this study, a demulsifier DW۱ was prepared by emulsion copolymerization.The demulsifier DW۱ was characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy, gel permeation chromatography (GPC), ۱H-NMR, ۱۳C-NMR and particle size analysis.The demulsification experiment using DW۱ as demulsification system was carried out with Xinjiang sludge as the target treatment object, and the sludge before and after treatment was analyzed by Scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that the synthetic demulsifier DW۱ had weight-average molecular weights (Mw) of rang from ۴۵۴۳۱۹ to ۱۳۸۸۰۸۶ and number-average molecular weights (Mn) of ۸۰۱۸۸۰, molecular weight distribution index of ۱.۷۳۱۰۴, D۵۰ of ۲۶.۰۰ µm, average particle size of ۲۵.۰۰ µm, non-uniform particle size distribution, and good stability of DW۱.The demulsification experiment shows that the oil removal rate of DW۱ on a Xinjiang oil field can reach ۹۹.۵۵%.
