چکیده

Possessing a proper housing is a primary need of human in civilized societies and plays a critical role for human settlements. In the past decades, most of developing countries ignored the importance of construction and housing industry as critical key of economic growth; but nowadays, governments want to response to the demands in macro-level by adapting the appropriate strategies; because they have found that, construction and housing industrydevelopment is one of the countries development manifestations and it serves as a growth engine for a country's economic development. Many studies have shown that innovation can be a strong competitive tool if organizations and industries use it on time as a strategy and also,entrepreneurship as the key specification of economic growth or a stimulant for wealth creation in developed, developing, and emerging economies. The main purpose is to demonstrate that construction and housing industrialization as a new approach with its new technological competencies can play a constructive role in construction industry and in the level of macroeconomic through integrating, strategically, entrepreneurial and innovative approaches. Results of this study show that, first, importance of construction industry on economic growth and wealthcreation for countries, second, indicate superiority of construction industrialization against traditional method through comparison main factors of performance of this industry. Third, explain innovative and entrepreneurial approaches of industrialization on performance of this industry. Ultimately, also, some solution has recommended for appropriate planning and managing of construction and housing industry and applying new technology in this industry
