TiO2-Graphene nano-powders with different calcining temperature have been successfully synthesized by hydrothermal method. Transmission electron microscope (TEM), powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) were used to investigate the structure, the size distribution,and the composition of prepared products obtained at various temperatures. The fabrication method of the composite photocatalysts was critical for their performance. It was demonstrated that this active composite photocatalyst could be applied for photocatalytic degradation of p-xylene in aqueous solution
