چکیده
Guppies are freshwater tropical fish native to South America and have been introduced to the world as an ornamental and aquarium fish due to their beauty and high color diversity. These fishes are omnivorous and can use various plant and animal sources. In this study, ۱۰ pieces of guppy fish were referred to the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Shahid Chamran University, Ahvaz. In terms of clinical symptoms, the fish had symptoms such as lethargy, seclusion, loss of appetite and losses. In the preliminary investigations and autopsy, fungal contamination in the digestive tract was observed by a wet slide under a light microscope. Then, for better diagnosis, pathological samples were taken from the fish and the samples were sent to the pathology laboratory along with the fixative (formalin), And hematoxylin-eosin dye was used for staining. The results of the pathology laboratory were consistent with the clinical observations and the lesions of the intestinal mucosa and the penetration of the fungus in the epithelial tissue were confirmed. Considering that most of the foods used in this field do not have proper health conditions and the occurrence of fungus in the preparation of these foods can cause many problems. Also, considering the extent and variety of ornamental fish in the country and the illegal entry of some species from the countries of the East Asian region into Iran and the need to use healthy and hygienic foods in feeding ornamental fish, it is expected that in the control and monitoring of everything Try to import more fish and feed them properly.کلیدواژه ها
