خلاصه مقاله:
The Cardiometabolic Disease (CMD) Food Plan is designed for individuals who are or at risk of CVD, DM or both. These diseases share similar causes including abdominal adiposity, high blood pressure, endothelial dysfunction, raised LDL, Low HDL, high blood glucose, inflammation and coagulopathy.MethodsThe most recent scientific researches between the years ۲۰۱۰ and ۲۰۲۳ were used.were systematically reviewed.ResultsMaintaining reduced body weight by healthy diet such as macrobiotic diet, calorie-modified Mediterranean approach or calorie-adjusted DASH diet rather than major commercial and self-help weight loss programs, with acceptable macronutrient distribution range (AMDR) of ۴۰-۵۰% low glycemic load-/index- carbohydrates (low in simple- and added- sugar), ۲۰-۳۰ % protein (complementary plant-based protein) and ۳۰-۴۰ % fat (MUFA and W-۳ sources) is one of the features of healthy diet planning in cardiometabolic disease. Cooking methods are also important to reduce Advanced Glycation End (AGEs) products. The best practice such as lower cooking temperatures, shorter cooking times, boiling, steaming, marinate foods in acidic or citrus-based sauces help reduce the AGEs content of the cooking meal.ConclusionFood-based recommendations in CMD disease should be evidence_based and emphasis on variety, balance & proportionality, and moderation.
