چکیده

In terms of designing a moderate and humid climate, it is necessary to foresee three different types of spaces for residential units in this area: indoor space, open space or yard, and controlled semi-enclosed space or porch. The interior spaces should be integrated and connected with each other and its windows should be large and openable. The most efficient design that exists when it comes to combining the use of air flow in creating blinds in indoor spaces and protecting these spaces from wind and rain is the windbreak foyer. The windy foyer is a ۲ to ۳ meter wide covered central corridor that extends throughout the plan. Such a passage can create a relatively suitable air flow along its path even when the wind speed is low or when the winds are blowing with rain.Such a hall can be equipped with open-wash nets that, if closed, prevent rain from penetrating into the internal environment, but provide the possibility of air flow in this environment. The buildings are built in a decentralized and scattered manner. Due to the rainfall in these areas, the roofs are steep and most of them are steep. The slope of the roof extends outward from one or more sides to protect the house from rain. The main front of most rooms and porches faces south. The main courtyard of the building is also located on the south side.
