چکیده
Quinolines are very important compounds because of their pharmacological properties. Membersof this family have wide applications in medicinal chemistry, being used as antimalarial, antiinflammatory, anti asthmatic, antibacterial, and tyrosine kinase inhibiting agents [۱-۳]. Amongvarious methods for the synthesis of quinoline, the Friedlander method is very effective andpractical method for direct synthesis of quinoline ring.In this study, quinoline derivatives synthesized using the Friedlander condensation between ortho-amino aryl ketones, and various ketones with activated -CH acidic, in the presence of nanoparticle silica supported aluminum chloride as solid acid at ۹۰-۱۰۰◦C under solvent-freeconditions.The advantages of this approach are use of catalyst in a small amount, recovery of catalyst, easyof separation, high yield of product (۷۰-۹۵%) and the low cost of the catalyst.کلیدواژه ها
