چکیده

It is certain that membership in World Trade Organization has disadvantages for the economy of a country despite its advantages. Therefore it is essential that every country must investigate all of the aspects of membership in this organization right before hand and prior to it. Evidences approve that in a near future The major amount of world Trade will be exclusively confined within the member countries authority and non-member countries will be enated and they will have to pay unfair expenses only because they are not a member of WTO, but it is worth mentioning that every country will be affected by the negative effects of its membership. Every independent country which is not a member of WTO like, Iran, Whether they apply for membership in WTO or not will not remain immune facing these changes, but it can moderate negative side-effects of membership by studying and investigation, and if they are inclined to be recruited, they must set the protocol to include all of the advantages for developing countries, a question arises here; that to what extent. Iranian agricultural sector can be beneficial or harmful in WTO? In present study it is tried to investigate negative effects of Iran's membership in WTO on a little part of Iran's economy (Import of oil seeds).Therefore, time periods of the span of years (1978-2553) have been used and by microfit software and Johnson co-integration the long term balanced relationship between varieties and evaluation of coefficient patterns are discussed. Finally after investigation and analysis of results, it was found that globalization has a negative effect on the rate of oil seeds import in Iran.
