چکیده

The main of this paper is about investigation of methods and application of econometrics with using static and dynamic panel models in practical example format. in this study modeling and statistical information is based on dynamic and static panel models and relations between indexes and total factors of production productivity growth in selected group of middle - income countries during the period 1998 to 2008 by using an estimate of the generalized method of moments, fixed and random effects has been estimated. Obtained results from this study based on the difference between dynamic and static panel results indicate that there is positive and significant effect on the economic performance indexes, Innovation, human capital and total factors of production productivity growth in selected countries. But information and communication technology index has different results on the total factors of production productivity growth in selected countries.
