چکیده
In this article, we have tried to improve the photocatalytic performance of bismuth oxychloride (BiOCl) by addition of Ag as dopant to BiOCl nanostructures. The XRD, UV -Vis spectra, and Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) results confirmed the prepared nanostructures. The effect of some parameters such as pH and the effect of catalyst on both samples in the degradation of reactive black ۵ dye (RB۵) were also investigated. Degradation of this RB۵ at pH = ۴ showed its highest percentage and the optimal amount of photocatalyst for the degradation of the contaminant is equal to ۵ g L-۱.کلیدواژه ها
