چکیده
Nanoparticles are particles that have dimensions of ۱ to ۱۰۰ nanometers and in all threedimensions. Materials in the nanoscale have exceptional contrasting properties to that of similarmaterials in bulk. These distinctions are due to the basic and physical properties of metal moleculesand surface to volume proportion to nanotechnology progression. The most important advantagein nanomaterials is the increase in surface area and reactivity by reducing the size ۱. However, hightoxicity of NPs for living organisms is a strong limiting factor that hinders their use. The swift risein the popularity of using nanomaterials for new products has not been overlooked by themanufacturers of environmental cleanup tools. Evaluation is required to understand possibleadverse effects and their fate inside the human body and environmental cleanup ۱,۲. Knowledge ofdifferent properties and toxicity is necessary before any use of nanoparticles and in order to safelyuse . Measurement of physicochemical properties such as size, shape, surface charge and numberof nanoparticles controls their toxicity. Reaction with organic ligand and conversion of metal coreand change of surfaces to modify nanoparticles affect their toxicity ۳-۶.In this study, classification of ۹۴ different Ag NPs based on their physicochemical propertieslike primary size, Primary hydrodynamic diameter, DLS Hydrodynamic diameter in the test mediaand zeta potential was done. The respons of data were their acute toxicity in different organismsincluding Daphnia magna, Thamnocephalus platyurus, Escherichia coli K۱۲, Pseudomonasfluorescens OS۸, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata, Мurine fibroblastand Bacillus subtilis BR۱۵۱. This classification was done by statistical methods including PLSDAand kohenen maps . The accuracy of applied method in classification of nanoparticles wasmore than ۸۰% .کلیدواژه ها
