Biophilic cities are cities of abundant nature in close proximity to large numbers of urbanites; biophilic cities are biodiverse cities, that value, protect and actively restore this biodiversity; biophilic cities are green and growing cities, organic and natural. Due to its geographical location and location in the desert area, as well as the growing urbanization and development, environmental damage has thermal islands. This research seeks to reduce the effects of heat islands of the city by using an environmental approach, i.e. applying biophilic design. In this research, after reviewing the background and theoretical literature about biophilic design, conceptual models for creating a biophilic city were designed and presented according to the environmental conditions of Dubai. Then, after examining the resources and local knowledge of the region, solutions were proposed to create a better biophilic city in Dubai. In this research, heat islands are not only islands created by activity in cities, but we mean the heat of the city itself, considering the geographical location of Dubai. Therefore, by creating a strategic plan, the temperature of Dubai city can be reduced by ۵, ۱۰ and ۱۵ degrees Celsius in the short, medium and long term. This research has focused more on the theoretical and idea-oriented aspects of reducing thermal islands through the biophilic city. Based on the results, in order to achieve a biophilic city in Dubai, solutions such as the use of native species, the use of smart asphalt, the use of native architecture of the region, bionic and biomimetic architecture, the use of algae, the creation of biophilic With green roof, water recycling/use of gray water and artificial intelligence were used. Furthermore, in this research, inspiring plans for designing a biophilic city in Dubai with the help of artificial intelligence have been presented.
