چکیده مقاله:

In this test, plastic cages (40×40×50 cm) were used. Each cage contained eight peripheral pots with sixty-dayold egg plant and one in center. Fifteen nymphs of green peach aphid were put on each peripheral eggplant.Three parasitoids of each sex and 6 water-agar discs included of aphid-sporulating cadavers were placed oncentral eggplant. The treatments were: 1) Myzus persicae alone (control); 2) M. persicae plus B. bassiana; 3)M. persicae plus A. matricariae; 4) M. persicae plus B. bassiana plus A. matricariae. After 10 days, numberof aphid-sporulating cadavers and mummies were counted and recorded. The cages were incubated at25 1ºC, 70 10 RH (16L: 8D). Transmission of fungus was occurred in all cases. Mean number of aphidsporulatingcadavers were 13 and 13 in parasitoid, aphid and fungus treatment and aphid and fungustreatment, respectively. Number of aphid sporulating cadavers was increased in presence of parasitoids(F3,15= 670.50, P< 0.01). Number of mummies was decreased in presence of the entomopathogen (F3,15=3367.8, P< 0.01). Mean number of produced mummies were 22.5 and 8.75 in treatment contained aphid, fungus and in treatment contained aphid and fungus, respectively.
