چکیده مقاله:

Gastric cancer is one of the most common cancers of the gastrointestinal tract, which is one ofthe leading causes of death. Identification of effective factors in non-response to chemotherapy, especially genetic factors is essential for treatment. The aim of this study is in silico evaluatetionof the expression of effective genes in chemotherapy resistance in gastric cancer. In this study, gene expression data in two groups of chemotherapy-resistant gastric cancer cell lines and primarygastric cancer cells were selected and analyzed by GEO۲R, then data with P-Value lessthan ۰.۰۵ and LogFc less than -۱/۱ They were transferred to String software and its output wastransferred to Cytoscape and analyzed. the results of our study showed that APOA۱, GAGE۲A,CLU, CTAG۱B, GAGE۱, PRAME, MAGEA۲B, MAGEA۲ and CLU genes are the most effectivegenes in resistance to chemotherapy in patients with gastric cancer. In conclusion, due to thegrowth of gastric cancer, especially in developing countries and the identification of effectivepatterns in the development of resistance to chemotherapy in patients, so it can be used to plantreatment protocols to prevent the emergence and spread of resistant cases and with Targetingthese genes through immunotherapy increased patients’ life expectancy.
