خلاصه مقاله:
In this work, graphene oxide/metal organic frame work-۷۴/Fe۳O۴/polytyramine (GO/MOF-۷۴/Fe۳O۴/PTy) nanoporous composite was synthesized as a sorbent for magnetic micro-solid phase extraction (M-µ-SPE) of Domperidone and Itopride drugs. The new nanosacle sorbent in combination with high performance liquid chromatography detection (HPLC) was applied for quantification in human plasma.
