Hazardous Materials play an important role in human life in many aspects.One of the most applicable Hazardous Materials is oil productions. Because of vast usage of these products they need to be transported in both interstate and urban area. This article tries to analyze the risk of road transportation of gasoline in part of urban area of Tehran, Iranwhile transportation companies are considered as stakeholders. Three oil storages as origins and 35 gas stations as destinationsare considered. Two Multi Attribute Decision Making(MADM) techniques of SAW and TOPSIS are used to obtain the optimum path with the lowest risk level for each origindestination pair.
