چکیده
Housing has played a major role in achieving sustainable urban development, andits greater share among urban land uses indicates it. The rapid development of thecity and the increase of urban constructions have become a common phenomenonin our current cities. The city of Bojnord is no exception to this rule and has seen asignificant growth in urban construction, especially in the last decade. In themeantime, the important point is the quality and stability of housing, which isapplied in the first stage in the physical dimension. Unsustainable urbanconstruction may solve the housing problem at first, but in the long run, it willbecome problematic because of the potential for vulnerability in urban contexts.The present article has tried to study and evaluate the stability of the physicaldevelopment structure of Bojnord city in the period of ۱۳۷۵-۱۳۹۱ by descriptiveanalyticalresearch method of applied studies. Eight indicators have been used tomeasure stability using urban spider diagram analysis method. According to thefindings, all indicators except the two indicators "plot dimensions" and"infrastructure per capita" index, have a significant share in the sustainability ofurban housing and have grown between ۱۳۷۵ to ۱۳۹۰, so that the percentage ofphysical stability of housing in ۱۳۷۵, ۱۳۸۵ and ۱۳۹۰, it is equivalent to ۲۶, ۴۲ and۷۷%, respectively. Research results shows the instability of the two indicators ofaverage dimensions of the plot and per capita residential area, based on which it isnecessary to plan future housing with emphasis on these two. Also, future housingplanning should take thoughtful measures in the stage of preparing the plan andregulations for the city and issuing building permits, so that the development ofthe city housing leads to a balanced and better level of housing sustainability.کلیدواژه ها
