چکیده

In our modern lifestyle, a huge percentage of chronic illnesses are linked to unhealthy lifepractices. Numerous wearable technologies have already been commercialized. While morerecent design efforts aim for more user-friendly and dependable solutions, monitoring andprevention technologies have been developed for these purposes. In this setting, incorrectsitting posture is linked to several musculoskeletal health conditions because of the increasedamounts of time spent sitting at work or home. In order to enhance users' sitting behaviors,constant stance tracking can be used. In this article, we give an introduction of wearable selfcaresystem and discuss it for wirelessly monitoring a user's posture while they are sitting thatmakes use of back-mounted motion sensors.
