خلاصه مقاله:
From the perspective of the research, the factors affecting the quality of working life of women are, inmost cases, different from those that affect the quality of working life of men, and the cause of thisdifference is related to gender (male / female). Therefore, the purpose of this research is to identify thefactors affecting the quality of life of female employees and the factors affecting these components. Inthis research, by conducting semi-structured interviews, among the ۲۴ female employees which areemployed in Civil, Water service company in Kish Island and its analysis with thematic analysis, nineeffective factors have been identified for improving the quality of their working life. These factors arefollowed by the quality of the work environment, communication in the organization, human dignity,the provision of family-cored facilities and policies, career factors, attention to organizational factors,the elimination of organizational problems, the groundwork for the development of employees and theprogress of the organization. Special attention to the mental health of employed women, their wellbeing,fun and joyful events, sports classes, consultations with recreation and tourism sites to discountemployees, organizing sports events for women, solving insurance problems Employees among thefactors that the organization can do to provide health and welfare of employees.
