چکیده

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between professional ethics and moralintelligence of department heads in Islamic Azad University of Mashhad. Statistical population in thisstudy consists of all department heads in Azad University of Mashhad (n = ۵۱). The normality of thedata was evaluated by SPSS software and Kolmogorov-Smirnov test in section of research hypotheses.Then data were analyzed by using the one-sample T test and Spearman correlation coefficient. Theresults indicated a relationship between professional ethics and moral intelligence, and also it showed adesirable situation of professional ethics and moral intelligence of educational managers in MashhadAzad University. In continue, in terms of age and gender, it was not observed a significant difference inthe variables studied at this population. Therefore, if the educational managers have high moralintelligence and right moral values, they would find that their intellectual and occupational developmentrequires having professional ethics. Therefore, the more employees have honesty, responsibility, socialsymbols and personal identity , beliefs , values and norms of work, the best their sense of responsibilityare to work toward the entire organization and the community.
