خلاصه مقاله:
Cloud point extraction has been used for the pre-concentration of Ag۲+ , after the formation of a complex with Bis((۱H-benzo[d]imidazol-۲yl)methyl)sulfane, and later analysis by flame atomic absorption spectrometry using Triton X-۱۱۴ as surfactant. The adopted concentrations for (BHIS), Triton X-۱۱۴ and HNO۳, bath temperature, centrifuge rate and time were optimized. Detection limits (۳Sb/m) of ۱.۷ along with enrichment factors of ۳۹ for Ag ۲+ ion was achieved. The high efficiency of cloud point extraction to carry out the determination of this ion in complex matrices was demonstrated. The proposed procedure was applied to the analysis of natural and waste water, soil and blood samples. The proposed method is characterized by simplicity, efficiency and low cost.
