The significance of professional development and consistent growth of language teachers has been perceived by different authors in various settings and through an assortment of systemic methodologies. Also, a major measure to ensure that teachers remain updated and avoid the risk or leaving the profession is Professional development of language teachers. Not all educators, notwithstanding, go to proficient turn of events (PD) studios or participate in such exercises for growing expertly. A few instructors go to PD courses on a normal premise with little information on what skills they are supposed to acquire thus, and essentially since participating in such projects is an institutional necessity. To investigate the sort of PD exercises English educators in Iran take an interest in and furthermore to grasp the inspirations driving their investment, the analysts talked with ۲۵ English instructors (with the age scope of ۲۱-۵۲) working at private language foundations what's more, public secondary schools. The investigation discovered that state funded teachers were taken part in not very many PD exercises, and the kind of PD exercises private educators followed went from counseling on the web courses to watching instructive recordings to perusing ELT course readings. The inspirations for participating in PD exercises went from 'having no inspiration' to 'elevating my English' to 'having the option to educate at college'. Further outcomes and suggestions for educator training in Iran and past are examined in this study.
