Assessing the Resilience of the Shiraz Rail Transport Organization after the Corona pandemic

Rail transport consists of different parts. To satisfy the stakeholders who are travelers. In this research, programmatic measures examine by library and documentary methods according to the nature of the work of Shiraz Rail Transportation Organization during environmental issues during the Covid-۱۹ epidemic. Therefore, planning the movement of trains based on the entry and exit statistics of stations in epidemic conditions due to economic issues has been one of the significant measures taken. For qualitative research with the help of MAXQDA software, three categories determine for coding: open source to determine the criteria, analytical code to categorize the criteria, and selective code to analyze relationships and actions. Analyzing the data has determined that the type of Resilience of organizational vulnerabilities has been considered more in terms of adaptive capacity concerning human resource management. Also, all kinds of smartening and savings have been significant, especially in fair policy towards passenger ticket pricing.
