چکیده مقاله:

In this research, samples with a thickness of ۵ mm made of aluminum alloy ۵۰۸۳ with the TLP process using four different interface layers, including copper-containing silicon oxide nanoparticles and copper-containing titanium oxide nanoparticles with dimensions ۲۰ nm and ۵۰ nm, were connected .Then the connection area's microstructure and the connections' mechanical properties were investigated. The interface layer used in this research was coated by the electrochemical plating method on the surface of ۵۰۸۳ aluminum alloy samples. The microstructure of the common area was analyzed using an optical microscope and a scanning electron microscope (SEM). Also, the connection area's microstructure and the connections' mechanical properties were investigated. According to the microstructural investigations of the joint line, the results showed that increasing the temperature and storage time of the samples causes the formation of an isothermally solidified zone (ISZ), which in addition to more penetration, causes the uniformity and smoothness of the bonding line and thus increases the shear strength of the samples so that the connections with copper interface layer and containing SiO۲ nanoparticles with dimensions of ۲۰ nm had a shear strength of ۸۶.۲ MPa and equal to ۶۱% of the base metal's strength
