چکیده مقاله:

Islam has forbidden humans and human societies in a wider horizon from doing things that causetheir destruction: 'And you will destroy yourselves with your own hands.' According to the versesof the Qur'an, man is responsible for his body, and he is questioned about this: 'Inna al-Sam'a waal-Basr wa al-Fouad kol-op-o-ul-eek kaan-anh ma'soulah': 'Because the ears, eyes, and hearts of allwill be questioned.' It is also stated in a hadith of the Messenger of God (peace and blessings ofGod be upon him): 'On the Day of Judgment, a servant will not be left behind; Unless he is askedabout four things: about his life, in what way he destroyed it; From his youth, which is worn out inwhat way; From his earnings, from where he got it and in what way he used it, and from thefriendship of our Ahl al-Bayt. The rule of 'no harm and no harm in Islam' is used in many hadiths, although its inclusion is harm to others, but we know that its inclusion in the general concept doesnot limit the rule, and it also includes harm to the self in the famous hadith of Fiqh al-Reza(Aliyyah). Peace be upon him) it is said: 'The whole matter is in the face of corruption, what hasbeen forbidden... It is forbidden, harmful to the body and corruption to the soul' and it is also seenin the narration of Tohf al-Aqool. According to these hadiths, anything that is harmful to the bodyis forbidden. Of course, partial harms that are present in everything and cannot be avoided areoutside of it and mean general harms. With regard to the unavoidable harms of smoking, the issuehas been examined based on the inclusion of the 'harmless' rule.
