چکیده

This study investigates the effect of culture on the educational structure of organizational behavior of students of Tehran University of Culture and Arts, Unit ۲۰. In this study, due to the nature of the subject, the qualitative data method of the foundation and semi-structured interview techniques, observation and group discussion were used. In this study, the snowball method was used in selecting participants for the interview, which reached a theoretical saturation in ۳۵ interviews. After collecting the data, according to the principles of coding, the data were broken down into parts and divided into new categories, ie concepts and categories, and finally ۵ general categories were obtained, which are: Individual dimension of educational behavior , Individual values and educational behavior, demographic differences, and the impact of organizational environment on educational behavior. Finally, the research concluded that; The impact of educational culture on students is such that by examining its angles, it is possible to understand the behavior, feelings, views and attitudes of the university and to evaluate, predict and guide their probable reaction to the desired changes.
