چکیده مقاله:

This study investigates the effects of entrepreneurship and approaches of knowledgemanagement on obtaining competitive advantage, case study of Simaran Electronic Industries inTehran on ۲۰۱۸. This study in terms of method is descriptive study. The statistical populationconsists of ۵۰۰ staff of Simaran electronic industries. For this reason, ۲۱۷ people were selectedas statistical population and simple randomly method of questionnaires was selected andcollected. The instruments for collecting data is questionnaire. In order to estimate reliability forfinal questionnaire, it was distributed among ۱۵ people and confirmed by factorial analysis. Also,in order to analyze data, structural modeling equations was being used. The results showed thatorganizational entrepreneurship and innovation and pioneer have positive effect in competitiveadvantage but risk-taking, self-renewal and aggressiveness competition have not positive effecton it. In this research, knowledge management and saving knowledge have positive effect oncompetitive advantage but knowledge creation, knowledge sharing and knowledge incompetitive advantage have not effect.
