خلاصه مقاله:
welding is inevitable in construction of bridges marine structures steeples towers and … on the other hand in the welded structures there is a possibility of lamellare tearing occurrence after welding so the assessment of its evaluation seems to be very important lamellar tearing is a type of crack which occures with the reciprocal effect of anistropy in hot rolled and giant stresses o fweld contraction of through thickness direction of steel plates the first ant the most important stage of lamellar tearting occurrence is crack initiation or cavity nucleation which its study seems to be more important in this research the critical stresses of cavity nucleation which is responsible for lamellar tearing occurrence had been caluated using microstructural banding and making tensile apecimens perpendicular to the banding layers.
