It has been tried also in this study to engage to themorphometric- meristical and micro and macro Anatomical study of caught fishfrom Heleh Wetland Catchment area of the city of Bushehr.Method:after obtaining the necessary permissions from the related center for fishing, fishwere collected by fishing nets and by fishermen in three seasons, August,September and October. Then those fish were put in zipper plastics to preventcolor changing of them and to not be in direct collision with ice powder. Thecaught fish were transferred to the laboratory of University and were kept informalin, then were determined in the terms of morphometric, meristic and microAnatomical characterization. Data were reported by Tables and Graphs. Results:the results show that in both seasons, summer and autumn, the highest frequencywas allocated to Black fish, Capoeta Capoeta, and the lowest frequency wasallocated to Yellow fin Shunk, Acanto Pagrus Lateus. The frequency percentagefor Black fish in summer was (۶۲%), and for Yellow fin Shunk was (۵%),frequency percentage for Black fish in autumn was (۶۸%), and for Yellow finShunk was (۵%). In summer, the entire body length was (۱۷.۱ cm) for BarbusGrypus, which was the highest amount and for Acanto Pagrus Lateus and Liza Abuwas (۱۲.۳۰ cm), which was the lowest amount; in autumn the entire body lengthwas ۱۸.۲۵ cm for Barbus Grypus, which was the highest amount and for Liza Abuwas ۱۰ cm, which was the lowest amount.Discussion and conclusion:at the end, it should be stated that all wetlands, are sensitive areas and all officialsparticularly officials in environmental organization should be adequately payattention to identification of different species, including aquatics of Iran’swetlands, and identified endemic, sensitive and at economical risk species andmake decision and implement an appropriate solution for maintaining of stocks ofimportant, endemic and endangered species. In Bushehr province because ofwetland deficit and presence of some endemic and rare species in them, Hilehwetland should be conserved more, since protection of ecosystems would also havethe protection of species with itself.
