چکیده
In recent years, there has been considerable interest in semiconductors of nanometer dimensions. Semiconductors have many potential applications and demonstration devices; for example, light-emitting diodes, photocatalysts and electrochemical cell have reported. Several methods have been used for the preparation of various sulfides, such as gas phasereaction with H2S or sulfur vapor, solid-state reaction, sol–gel process, spray-prolysis methods, photolysis and thermochemical methods. However, the control of photoluminescence properties of CdS nanocrystals with narrow size distribution is still a challenge.In addition; using inexpensive and easy methods with good reproducibility is more favorable. COI مخفف عبارت CIVILICA Object Identifier به معنی شناسه سیویلیکا برای اسناد است. COI کدی است که مطابق محل انتشار، به مقالات کنفرانسها و ژورنالهای داخل کشور به هنگام نمایه سازی بر روی پایگاه استنادی سیویلیکا اختصاص می یابد.
کد COI به مفهوم کد ملی اسناد نمایه شده در سیویلیکا است و کدی یکتا و ثابت است و به همین دلیل همواره قابلیت استناد و پیگیری دارد.
