خلاصه مقاله:
Levodopa and benserazide is an important drug which has been used for the treatment of neural disorders such as Parkinson’s disease [1]. The application of kinetic spectrophotometric methods in the determination of mixtures of chemical compounds with similar structures in chemical andpharmaceutical analysis offered some specific advantages such as improved selectivity avoiding the interference of the colored and/or turbidity background of the samples, and possibility avoiding the interference of the other active compounds present in the commercial product. The differential kinetic methodology is an efficient way to simultaneously analyze several analytes [2], and a great improvement has been made by using the chemometric procedures, Kalman filter and classical least squares, Partial least squares, and artificial neural networks .Nanoparticles made of silver and gold have been the focus of research for many decades as a result of their intriguing optical properties [3- 4]. When dispersed in liquid media, these nanoparticles exhibit a strong UV–vis extinction band that is not present in the spectrum of the bulk metal. This extinction band results when the incident photon frequency is resonant with the collective excitation of the conduction electrons and is known as the surface plasmon resonance (SPR) [5]. SPR excitation, results in wavelength-selective absorption with extremely large molar extinction coefficients (
