چکیده
Nano Optical Fiber Collectors/ Emitters are suitable components to convert the non-radiating high spatial frequencies into propagating ones, in the most of PSMs. These components are mainly fabricated either by heat-pulling technique [1,2] or by chemical etching [3]. In this report we are investigating effect of the parameters that influence on fabrication of these components by the second technique.کلیدواژه ها
