The intrinsic properties of textile have made them suitable for developing smart textile which can be fabricated by integration of electronic devices into fabric substrate. One type of smart textile is wearable healthcare system which allows sensing and monitoring of vital signs in an easy continuous manner without interfering patient daily activity. In common wearable healthcare to fabricating the electrodes, metal threads (e.g. stainless steel yarn) were twisted around ordinary continuous textile yarn (e.g. cotton) and then knitted via flat or seamless knitting machines. In these methods a draft position of the sensors was implemented on the knitted fabric and then by means of models it was possible to cut the fabric in a way to get the sensors in the desired configuration then the garment was finally sewn [1-3]. In common methods for any user initially the fabric with draft positions of sensors should be knitted then sewn. Electroless plating was developed to deposit uniform metallic nanoparticle material from its solution on any kind of substrates without an external current in order to enhance the conductivity of coated material. In this method, metal ion in aqueous solution and in presence of reducing agent reduced to the metal by chemical reduction [4]. Recently, metal deposition on textile surface to produce metallized fabrics with superior performance has become the interest of many researchers [5, 6]. Present work focuses on the bioelectric wearable sensors fabricated by means of electroless plating of silver nanoparticles on cotton fabric
