The effect of two effective parameters such as capillary diameter and applied voltage on the morphology of electrospun Nylon 6 nanofibers has been investigated. The structure of the produced nanofibers as well as distribution of the fibers diameters was studied using SEM. According to the obtained results, the fibers diameters' average is increased with an internal diameter of the needle with gauge18 when the applied voltage is within the range of 10-30KV. It is noticeable that with using needle gauge 20 and 23 the behavior is become completely different. Key words: Nylon 6, Electrospun, Nanofiber, Capillary diameter.
