چکیده

The recovery and purification of product is essential to any commercial bioprocess. Since the chemical nature of a fermentation broth is quite complex and extremely high purity is required for some products (e.g. some pharmaceuticals), recovery and purification often require several processing steps and in many cases represent a manufacturing cost higher than that involved in producing the product [1].Recently, due to rapid advances in nanotechnology, novel methods for in vitro protein/cell separation have been reported [2]. The synthesis of core/shell magnetic nanoclusters and the attachment of bio-active ligands to the surface of the outer shells are key to reaching this aim. Several strategies have been developed recently for coating magnetic cores. The most common method is to use long-chain organic ligands to wrap up the inorganic cores. Hydrophobic interactions between ligands from neighboring nanoparticles will prevent adjacent inorganic cores agglomerating into a larger cluster [3].An interesting way of capping magnetic iron oxide cores is to use phospholipids to form nanometer-sized magnetoliposomes. An example of such phospholipids –coated magnetite nanoparticles, employing 1, 2-myristoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoglyserol, sodium salt and 1, 2-dimyristoyl-sn-glycerol-3-phosphocholine, had an iron oxide core and a phospholipids/ surfactant shell [4].We explore here another approach to this method. Due to the high cost of synthetic phospholipids in our country, we decided to use nature phospholipids. We separate phospholipids of soybean lecithin and used them for coating magnetic nanoparticles
