چکیده

Introduction: Cancer is the second cause of death worldwide, among which stomach cancerranks fourth. The most common acquired cause of gastric cancer is Helicobacter pyloridamage. Since it causes an increase in antibiotic resistance, the effect of consuming food with.antibacterial properties from the garlic plant can be raised as a global concernMethods and Materials: In this study, from the PubMed and Google Scholar databases,applying filters (garlic [all fields]) and (gastric cancer [all fields]) and applying a time limit.between ۲۰۱۸ and ۲۰۲۲. , ۶۷ studies were obtained, ۱۵ of which were related to our titleResults: Due to the presence of ۳۳ active sulfur compounds such as alcin, ajoene, diallylsulfide, diallyl disulfide, diallyl trisulfide, and acyl mercaptocystin, which have manyantibacterial and antioxidant properties, garlic is harmful to integrity. The bacterialmembrane also activates the caspase promoter by releasing cytochrome c from the.mitochondrial cell and thus causes cell apoptosisConclusion: Studies show that garlic can prevent the effects of damaged cells due to itscharacteristics. The recommendation to consume ۱ to ۲ cloves of raw garlic daily in healthypeople protects the body against various diseases and plant stress. Studies have not stated anysafe dose for garlic consumption, but it is believed that consumption of ۴ cloves of garlicaccording to the amount consumed by a person's body can lead to complications such as hot.flashes and skin hives in people
