چکیده
With the rapid development of communication technologies, the Internet use has become the main channel for citizens to obtain information and knowledge. It has been widely established that Internet use can have a significant impact on citizens’ expectations, perceptions, and behaviors. The internet is something that we all use today, and in this article we discuss the impact of policies and governments on the entire internet, from people to all kinds of hackers on the internet and even criminals and digital currencies, which are the official currency of the internet, and finally the result. اطلاعات بیشتر در مورد COI
COI مخفف عبارت CIVILICA Object Identifier به معنی شناسه سیویلیکا برای اسناد است. COI کدی است که مطابق محل انتشار، به مقالات کنفرانسها و ژورنالهای داخل کشور به هنگام نمایه سازی بر روی پایگاه استنادی سیویلیکا اختصاص می یابد.
کد COI به مفهوم کد ملی اسناد نمایه شده در سیویلیکا است و کدی یکتا و ثابت است و به همین دلیل همواره قابلیت استناد و پیگیری دارد.
